OPERATOR Axon is operated by Ayomide Amos as an individual developer. References to "Axon", "we", "us", and "our" mean that operator.

SCOPE This policy applies to the Axon website, the Axon agent on WhatsApp and Telegram, and connected features you choose to use.
MINIMUM AGE Axon is not intended for children under 13. Do not use Axon if you are under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

DATA WE COLLECT

ACCOUNT & MESSAGING Platform, account ID, chat ID, user ID, display name, timestamps, message content, attachments, and metadata needed to route and reply.
TASK & USAGE Prompts, instructions, files, links, browser actions, tool calls, generated outputs, errors, logs, and usage counts.
CONNECTED SERVICES Authorization tokens and the data you ask Axon to read or change through a connected account, such as email, calendar, files, or project tools.
CREDENTIALS If you ask Axon to save a credential, it may store API keys, OAuth tokens, logins, user-chosen passwords, or payment card details in the credential store. You choose which fields to provide.
COMMERCE Search and order details when you use supported delivery, travel, or shopping features, including addresses and items you ask Axon to prepare.
TECHNICAL & SECURITY Limited technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as request metadata, browser or device type, error logs, and abuse signals.

BASIS WHEN IT APPLIES
CONTRACT When processing is needed to provide the service you asked for, including executing tasks and maintaining your account.
LEGITIMATE INTERESTS When processing is needed to secure the service, prevent abuse, debug failures, or improve reliability, balanced against your rights.
CONSENT When you choose to connect a service, save a credential, or use an optional feature that requires permission. You can withdraw consent at any time.
LEGAL OBLIGATION When we must process or retain data to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect rights and safety.

AI PROCESSING

TASK CONTENT Your instructions and the content needed for a task may be processed by service providers to generate a result. Only what is needed for the task is used.
MODEL TRAINING We do not sell your private task content or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train Axon's own models. When a task needs an outside service to generate a result, that service's handling of the content is governed by its own terms.
ACCURACY AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You should review results before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions.

SHARING

SERVICE PROVIDERS We use service providers for hosting, storage, communications, security, and task execution. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us and under confidentiality obligations.
SERVICES YOU CONNECT If you connect an account or authorize an action, data is shared with that service as needed to complete the action you requested.
LEGAL & SAFETY We may disclose data when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.
BUSINESS TRANSFER If Axon is acquired, merged, or reorganized, data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy.
NO SALE OR ADVERTISING We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers for targeted advertising.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Axon is available worldwide. Your data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including by service providers that support the service. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, and we limit processing to what is needed to provide the service.

RETENTION

FIG. P10 · How long it stays

TASK HISTORY & MEMORY Kept while your conversation is active so the service can reference past work. You can ask to delete it at any time.
CREDENTIALS Kept until you delete them or ask us to remove them.
LOGS & BACKUPS Security and error logs are kept for a limited period. Backups may persist for a short period after deletion and are removed on the normal backup cycle.
LEGAL HOLDS We may retain data longer when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, credential isolation, and monitoring for abuse. No internet service can promise absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, accounts, and connected services.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Delete personal data, subject to legal and security exceptions.
  • Export or receive a copy of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
  • Complain to a supervisory authority or data protection regulator.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR or UK GDPR. If you are in California, you have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

CHILDREN

Axon is for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used Axon or provided personal data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The public Axon website does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies. We may use basic browser storage, server logs, and security data to keep the site working and protect it from abuse. Third-party assets loaded by the site may receive standard request information under their own policies.

We may update this policy as Axon changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a clear notice where we can. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
